The client had been experiencing problems with one of their North American plants and various allegations of misconduct had been leveled at senior management. As a result, the client decided to initiate an overall investigation into the conduct of leadership.

The Investigation

SunBlock experts were brought in to examine the division president's computer. A review of the president's e-mail revealed that he sent password-protected data files to outside entities. Using advanced techniques, SunBlock bypassed the password protections and uncovered the content. Among the findings were:

• The executive's personal communications with his mistress
